Christmas is just around the corner. Come and taste the Christmas atmosphere in Open Air Museum de Locht. On Friday 22 and Saturday 23 December, we are organising a Christmas Inn in the evening. The museum is beautifully decorated. The lights are on. Come and enjoy music, Christmas stories, a real fire breather, freshly baked bread and all kinds of old-fashioned refreshments with the whole family.
There is live music, Christmas music. On Fridays there is choir singing and trumpet music. On Saturdays, a brass band plays. It’s always nice to have a music band that provides the musical accompaniment to the whole. Come and sit by the fireplace in the Brewery and listen to the Christmas stories that are told there. Enjoy the smell of freshly baked bread.
Have you ever seen a fire eater at work? On the lawn near the chapel he shows his skills. And there are all kinds of old-fashioned refreshments available, mulled wine, pea soup, balkenbrij and “riefkook”. It’s worth coming together on 22 and 23 December from 18:00 to 21:00 to enjoy the Locht. Entrance fee € 5.50. Children up to 6 years old and annual pass holders free of charge.
